Printing Information

We can accept files in the following formats (on both the PC and Macintosh platforms):

Quark XPress (6.0 or less)

Adobe PageMaker (6.5 or less)

Adobe Photoshop (CS or less)

Adobe Illustrator (CS or less)

Adobe InDesign CS

Adobe Acrobat (7.0.5 or less)

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft PowerPoint

Files may be provided to us electronically on a CD or email (print@conestogadpi.com) or request a folder on our ftp site. 717-389-0350

In addition, we can receive files as hard copy to be scanned and printed (as an additional service, for a small fee, we'll even save the scanned file to a CD).

We request if possible customers supply pdf files as well as proof copies of each job in order to assure proper output and color.

When preparing files, please:

Ensure image resolution is at least 300 dpi.

If applicable: Add 1/8" bleed to trim area and keep text at least 1/8" from trim area.

Create and save files in supported formats (PDF preferred for digital printing).

Flatten layered image files.

Provide all fonts and images used in document files such as Quark XPress and Adobe PageMaker.
